How to order:

  1. Select card & quantity you need. You do NOT need your picture at the time of purchase - but you will not receive a proof until your picture(s) is received
  2. Email high-res photo(s) to eloracollective@gmail.com
  3. A proof will be sent within 2 business days. Approval must be received before they are sent to print. A delay in approval will result in a delay in receiving the cards.
  4. The order will ship within 7-10 business days after approval. Times may vary depending on Holiday rush but you will be informed on when they have been printed and shipped.
  5. Local pick-up is available for Birmingham area - use code BHAM at checkout

Christmas FAQs

Do I need my picture to place my order?

You do not need your picture to place your order! But please remember you will only receive a proof after your picture(s) is received. So your turnaround time begins when the picture is submitted.

Can colors be changed?

Yes! The only colors that cannot be changed are the watercolor art. Any plain background or text can be customized. A lot of clients love to match a color to the picture they submit!

What's the turnaround time?

From beginning to end, around 2 weeks! Dependent on when you order. Of course times may vary as we get closer to the holidays.

Is there an additional charge to add a picture to the back?

Nope! It is not additional. We are happy to add a picture, text, etc.
